  Hemp seeds from an agricultural supplier will germinate, but they grow industrial hemp with almost no THC, and every spring someone on this board discovers that the hard way. Legal hemp and drug type cannabis are the same species but bred in opposite directions for decades. Everything sold on https://budweedseeds.com is drug type cannabis with stated cannabinoid content, so there is no ambiguity about what you are planting. Cheap seeds with no strain name and no THC figure are the warning sign.
